Matasa Ga Wata Sabuwar Dama Daga Kamfanin Cement Na BUA

Assalamu alaikum warahamatullah barkanmu da wannan lokaci da fatanmkowa yana cikin koshin lafiya.

Kamfanin Siminti na Bua, ya fito da wata sabuwar dama ga matasan Nigeria, kamfanin zai dauki ma’aika tare da basu albashi aduk wata.

Kamfanin BUA Cement Plc ya samo asali ne sakamakon hadaka tsakanin CCNN Plc da Obu Cement Company Plc (tsohon Kamfanin Siminti na Obu. Kamfanin Siminti na Arewacin Najeriya (CCNN) an kafa shi ne a cikin 1962 kuma ya fara aiki a 1967, tare da sarrafa nauyin 100,000 mtpa a Kalambaina, Jihar Sakkwato.

A yanzu haka zasu dauki aikin a bangarori guda biyu kamar haka:

  • Principal Manager Human Resource (SMS VII)
  • Senior Manager Human Resources (SMS VI)

Principal Manager Human Resource (SMS VII)

Don samar da haɗin gwiwar Sabis na Albarkatun Dan Adam dangane da shirin Manpower da daukar ma’aikata, daidai da umarni, manufofi, da hanyoyin Kamfanin da inganta matakan aiki na ma’aikata.

Ayyukan da za a gabatar a wannan bangaren:

  • Haɗa tare da ƙungiyar jagoranci don fahimta da aiwatar da dabarun ƙwararrun ƴan adam da basirar ƙungiyar, musamman dangane da buƙatun gwaninta na yanzu da na gaba, ɗaukar ma’aikata, riƙewa, da tsare-tsaren maye gurbin.
  • Sarrafa tsarin sayan hazaka, wanda zai iya haɗawa da ɗaukar ma’aikata, yin tambayoyi, da ɗaukar ƙwararrun masu neman aiki, musamman don aikin gudanarwa, da ƙwararru; yana aiki tare da manajojin sashe don fahimtar ƙwarewa da ƙwarewar da ake buƙata don buɗewa.
  • Ya ba da shawarar koyo da shirye-shiryen haɓakawa da himma waɗanda ke ba da damar ci gaban ciki ga ma’aikata.

  • Yana yin wasu ayyuka kamar yadda aka ba shi.

Abubuwan da ake bukata:

  • Mafi ƙanƙanci: Digiri a cikin Gudanar da Albarkatun Jama’a ko filin da ke da alaƙa
  • Mafi ƙarancin ƙwarewar shekaru 5-10 na ci gaba a cikin Ayyukan HR
  • Takaddun shaida na ƙwararru zai zama ƙarin fa’ida.
  • Tabbatar da ƙwarewar aiki a matsayin Manajan HR, Mataimakin / Mataimakin Manajan, Jami’in
  • Mutum-daidaitacce da sakamako-kore
  • Ƙwarewar da za a iya nunawa tare da ma’auni na Albarkatun Dan Adam
  • Ilimin tsarin HR da bayanan bayanai
  • Kyakkyawan sauraro mai aiki, shawarwari, da ƙwarewar gabatarwa
